Different descriptions of a line
Rewrite the equation \[{{8}\over{9}}\cdot x-{{9}\over{2}}\cdot y=-{{1}\over{4}}\] as #y=a\cdot x+b# with the correct values of #a# and #b#. If this is not possible, then write #x=b# for the correct value of #b#.
